Yes. We store the minimum we need to run your account. Broker credentials are encrypted at rest. We do not sell your data, your strategies are private by default, and your performance data never leaves your account unless you publish it yourself.
Yes, at any time, from Settings, under Billing, and you will not be billed again. Once you have been charged, on any plan, cancel within 72 hours and the plan ends straight away, with that payment refunded in full. After 72 hours, you keep the plan until the end of the time you paid for, and nothing is refunded.
